A media company running 8 news websites needed articles, sections, categories, ads and newsletters for each one, without managing 8 separate systems.

Built one dashboard and one database on Next.js, PostgreSQL and Drizzle ORM. Each article is written once and pushed to the sites it belongs to. Sections, categories and ads are managed per site from the admin. Shipped a Slate.js editor, ad-placement blocks inside articles, and a 3-tier role hierarchy (Admin, Subadmin, Content Writer) controlling who can publish where. After handover, the client's team redesigned the entire UI, and the database, APIs and publishing logic stayed unchanged.
