Friction in insurance claims pushed policyholders into disorganized email chains to handle disputes — documents got lost in threads, and there was no direct path to legal mediation.

Brought in to replace that all-email process with a structured portal connecting policyholders directly to legal mediators, for both individuals and organizations. Built a dispute resolution platform on Next.js and PostgreSQL with PhonePe wired into subscription payments, encrypted document uploads, timeline-based status tracking, and a live chat layer routing users directly to assigned lawyers — split across individual and organizational subscription tiers.
