SaaS · Custom software · AI automation

I build SaaS products and the software that runs your business.

From MVP to production. Booking platforms, dashboards and multi-site systems, with AI automation where it saves real time. Built properly the first time.

Three things I build.

Each one is backed by projects I've already shipped. No websites for hire, no list of things I could theoretically build.

01

SaaS products

From idea to a product people pay for.

  • MVPs and multi-tenant platforms
  • Auth, roles and permissions
  • Subscriptions and payments (Razorpay, Stripe)
  • Admin dashboards
02

AI automation & integrations

Take the repetitive work off your team.

  • Workflows that connect your tools (Sheets, Drive, WhatsApp, email) and handle one repetitive step, like generating product images
  • LLM API integrations (Gemini) inside your product
Shipped
  • n8n AI workflow
03

Custom software

Software built around how your business actually works.

  • Booking and dispatch systems
  • Operations dashboards and internal tools
  • Multi-site CMS
  • Ecommerce with its own admin

Selected work.

The problem, what I built, and what came of it. Client names are left out until I have permission to share them.

  • Custom
  • SaaS

Labour & machinery booking platform

Client project · completed, not yet public

Problem
Customers needed to book manpower, machinery and materials, and agents needed to manage jobs, without phone-and-WhatsApp chaos.
What I built
A customer booking flow, an agent dashboard, a role-based admin (ban, impersonate, roles), and payments and subscriptions through Razorpay.
  • Custom

CMSDesk: multi-site CMS for a media company

Problem
8 news websites, each needing articles, sections, categories, ads and newsletters.
What I built
One dashboard and one database. Each article is written once and pushed to the sites it belongs to.
Key decisions
Sections, categories and ads are managed per site from the admin.
Outcome
660+ articles published. After handover, the client's team redesigned the entire UI, and the database, APIs and publishing logic stayed unchanged.

They changed every screen. They didn't need to touch the backend.

One of the 8 sites CMSDesk runs.

  • AI

AI automation workflow (n8n)

What I built
A workflow that takes one repetitive job, product photography, and runs it from start to finish.
Product photoshoot
  1. Trigger
Product photo dropped in Google Drive
  2. AI step
    Gemini generates the product shots
  3. Output
Finished shots uploaded back to Drive
  • Custom

Vayrea: premium ecommerce store

Problem
Products start around ₹5,000, so every extra click is a reason to leave.
What I built
Built from scratch: cart, wishlist, store credit, payments, and an admin with Shiprocket built in.
Key decisions
Product details open in a side panel instead of a new page, and checkout is a single page.
  • SaaS

ICDRC

Insurance claim dispute platform

Problem
Policyholders register a case against their insurance company, and ICDRC fights it for them to help them get the claim.
What I built
Registration for individuals and companies, subscriptions, and everything around a case, from filing to tracking its status.
  • SaaS

TwishX

Marketing SaaS · designed and built

Problem
Short links, QR codes and forms usually live in separate tools, with the analytics split between them.
What I built
Short links, a form and survey builder, and 10 types of QR code: contact, media, text, vCard, PDF, website URL and more.
Key decisions
Every link has its own analytics: clicks, city, device, browser and IP address.
  • SaaS

Trade AID

Fintech SaaS

Problem
The founder wanted a network platform where users connect to each other and earn commission based on the level they're at.
What I built
A 10-level referral network with level-based commission payouts, user dashboards for deposits and referrals, and an admin panel for reviewing and approving withdrawals.

Next project

Your project could be here next.

A SaaS product, an internal tool or the booking system your team runs on. Tell me what you're building and I'll tell you honestly what's worth building first.

I add AI where it removes real work, not as decoration.

A human stays in the loop for anything that costs money or touches a customer.

What I've shipped
  • Product photos

A product photo dropped in Google Drive comes back as finished product shots, generated with Gemini and uploaded to the same folder.

How I work.

The same five steps whether it's a SaaS MVP or the booking system your team runs on.

  1. 01
    Map the workflow first.

Before code, we write down how work actually flows: who requests, who decides, who gets paid.

  2. 02
    Structure before screens.

Data model and logic first, because UIs change and the foundation shouldn't need to.

  3. 03
AI only where it earns its place.

We start with the boring, reliable system, then add automation on top of clean data.

  4. 04
Weekly demos on a live link.

    Real progress every week.

  5. 05
    Handover that lasts.

Documentation, admin training and support after launch.

What founders say.

Don't take my word for it — here's what the people I've worked with have to say.

"
Needed one CMS to run 5 sites without a deploy on one breaking another.

Hayat built our entire CMS from scratch in under 6 weeks. The code quality was exceptional and he pushed back when our feature scope was getting out of hand — exactly what we needed.

Needed an MVP built end-to-end — not just backend logic, but UX that would hold up with real users.

We hired Hayat to build our SaaS MVP and he delivered something way beyond what we expected. He thought about the user experience, not just the backend logic. Would work with him again in a heartbeat.

Migrating off a restrictive template store, worried about missed deadlines during the switch.

What I appreciated most was how Hayat communicated throughout the project. No surprises, no missed deadlines. He treated our product like it was his own — that kind of ownership is rare.
