The founder had a network-based trading model fully mapped out on paper — multi-level payouts, referral incentives, withdrawal approvals — but no engineering team to build it securely.

Brought in to design and build the entire payout engine and admin control layer from scratch, with no existing codebase to build on. Architected a 10-level binary-tree referral structure on Next.js, Node.js, and MongoDB, with Better Auth securing accounts and 4 distinct payout algorithms handling capital gains, referral bonuses, and level-specific rewards. Built a dedicated admin panel for reviewing and approving withdrawals securely.
